By accessing the platforms of TeraNews Private Limited, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these provisions, please discontinue use of our platforms immediately.

2. Description of Services

We provide professional editorial advisory, corporate reputation strategies, press distributions, and media consulting. Standard timelines and deliverables are defined in your specific Service Level Agreements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand narratives, graphic setups, layouts, code patterns, and written reports published on teranews.co.in remain the property of TeraNews and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

4. Acceptable Platform Use

You agree not to scrape, repurpose, or illegally duplicate our corporate materials or attempt to transmit malicious files through our digital contact systems.

5. Service Execution & Payments

Payments for our strategic media deliverables must be settled in Indian Rupees (INR) using our designated national bank coordinates. Rates exclude standard GST taxes unless explicitly noted.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or platform usage will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
